Foldline Tales privacy policy
Effective October 1, 2026.
Foldline Tales: Pop-Up Stories includes Pip's Colour Road and Sparkle Mountain. COCOTOFY LLC provides the app; Pixel Palms hosts its support and privacy pages. This policy applies to the app and those pages.
The story stays on your device
The app plays bundled stories, recorded narration, music and artwork offline. It has no account, advertising, analytics SDK, chat, online story generation or in-app purchase buttons. It does not request camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location access. Narration does not record your voice.
We do not collect or receive a child's name, age, contact details, location, advertising identifier, gameplay history, drawings or other personal information from the app. The app does not send gameplay or device information to a Pixel Palms server or to an advertising or analytics service.
Local progress and settings
The app saves collected stickers, the chosen travel companion, Pip's painted decoration and parent settings in its own storage on the device. This lets them remain available after reopening the app. We cannot view this saved content remotely. The device's operating system may include app data in a backup if you enable backups; those backups are controlled by your device and Apple settings.
The grown-ups area lets you clear stickers and Pip's paint. To remove all locally saved app progress and settings, delete the app from the device. Removing only the app from the Home Screen or offloading it may retain data. Device backups may retain an older copy until you remove it through your backup settings.
App Store purchases and TestFlight
Apple manages the App Store purchase, payment information and TestFlight distribution under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment-card number or Apple ID password. If you choose to submit TestFlight feedback or share diagnostics with Apple, Apple may make that feedback or diagnostic information available to the developer through its services. These Apple services are separate from the app's gameplay; the app contains no independent analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

Support is for parents and grown-ups
If a parent or grown-up emails cocotofyllc@gmail.com, we receive the sender's email address, message and any attachments they choose to send. We use these only to answer the request, troubleshoot, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Our email providers handle the correspondence. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.
Please do not send a child's name, age, photo, voice recording, school, location or other personal information. App version, iPad model, iPadOS version and a description of the problem are usually enough. Avoid including personal information in screenshots. A parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion if a child has inadvertently shared personal information with support.
Support website
Opening our public support or privacy page in a browser sends an ordinary web request to our hosting provider, Cloudflare. That request can include an IP address and browser/request information needed to serve and protect the site. These pages do not include advertising or analytics code. Cloudflare may process request and security information to operate and protect the hosting service. These pages have no advertising, account forms or cookies set by our page code. Website requests, website measurements and voluntary support email are separate from the offline app; no website analytics code runs inside the app.

Changes and contact
We will update this policy's effective date if the app or our practices change. A future change to collect or transmit gameplay data would require an updated app and appropriate privacy disclosures; this policy does not grant permission for that change.
